Le Trap Highbanker cont.

This is my test set up for the new highbanker.

I'm recirculating out of a small pool and dumping
the output back into a tub. Now for some results after
running some fine gold. The first test I ran was at 1
inch per foot or 4 inch sluice drop end to end and it
loaded up badly with black sands. Then I tested with
a sluice drop of 2.5 in. per foot, this was a 10 inch
drop end to end.

I start with cleaning out the lower half of the sluice
as it cleans out first. I just wanted to see what made
it down this far.

This is what the lower half of the sluice caught.
This had me worried that a lot may have went
overboard into the catch tub.

This is what the upper half of the sluice caught and
it caught a lot. Still I wondered what may have went
into that tub at the bottom..

Well some did make it out the end but not much,
I'm impressed! Next test will be at a steeper angle
say maybe 3 inches per foot of sluice or 12 inches
overall. Then I'll make some checks between 4 and
10 inches. The Le Trap Sluice is 48 inches long by
15 inches wide.
