Drywasher Don



On a recent trip to AZ I met Don who enjoys drywashing.



Here he's working a secret spot he found and doing quite well.



Notice his secret weapon?



He says it makes all the difference.



Here he's using a small jack hammer to break up the gold bearing dirt.



Then he throws it all into his secret weapon and lets it get processed a while.
It's a small mixer he got at harbor freight that crushes the dirt clods up
and releases the gold. Notice the 3 larger rocks that do the crushing.



The small mixer works very well he says.
