Rabbit Hole, NV
The road into Rabbit Hole is dirt/gravel and about 40 miles from asphalt I-80 at Imlay. Use plenty of
caution and slow speed going in as every day someone ruins a tire on the sharp rocks.
Lots of interesting formations and several gold fields along the way.
This is the spring at Rabbit Hole, the pioneers used to stop here for water.
A couple of rock cabins are near the spring.
Coco had a good time here looking for lizards.
Back up the road 4 miles is the turn to the Rabbit Hole Placers.
Be careful in this area as there is lots of open shafts doting the landscape. Coco didn't have
a lot of freedom in this area to run around.
