Two Quartz Claim

I recently visited the GPAA Two Quartz claim near Barstow,
 California. I wasn't aware that there was to be a outing that
weekend and people started rolling in.



Jack was already there a couple days when I got to the claim.
Here he's testing the area with his trusty gas powered
bellows drywasher.



He prefers his older bellows drywasher over the newer blower types.



Here John is trying his luck detecting the claim.



Gary is collecting and screening material to run through his new
Exorcist drywasher.



This little drywasher really gets with the program and processes
the fine gold out of the material.



Alex has his Keene Puffer up and running working the dirt.
Coco kept laying in his fine tailing pile as it was cool and
in the shade.



He enjoys the quietness of his puffer and it always starts.



Here's a father and son operation using a Gold Buddy drywasher.



Don (left) and son Tim enjoy getting out together and running some
dirt, getting a little gold is just a bonus.



It was a fun weekend !
